Hi, I’m Joanne! I am someone who thrives off of analyzing why people and things are the way they are. When I was younger, I wanted to become a psychologist, so that I could listen to people’s problems and help guide them towards solutions. As I grew older and tapped into my creativity, I was happy to discover UX Design - a way to combine my love for helping people and my creative itch. For me, design isn't just about the end product—it's about the entire journey of understanding and addressing the needs of the people at the core of every solution.

The little moments that fulfill me in life are seeing people light up as they talk about something they’re passionate about; bringing people together with board game nights and potlucks; proactively helping someone who’s used to doing things themself; and small acts of kindness like encouraging other cars to lane change with minimal anxiety!

When I’m not designing, you can find me gaming with friends, walking my cats, or cooking for loved ones. I’m always open to new challenges, both in life and design!
